Shipping policy

Ready-made products will be shipped out in 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Any made to order items will depend on the item as to when they will be shipped. Processing time will be in the description. Generally, it takes approx. 4-8 weeks depending on the item. (This also excludes weekends and holidays).

Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside of our control. For example, (but not limited to) postal delays caused by weather etc, customs delays etc.

We are confident that you will be happy with your purchases, however if you are not for any reason, you have 14 days to return the item from the date of receipt.

Please note that refunds are not issued on custom made items, personalised items or digital downloads.

We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items.
